The focus of this several installment class will be mainly pranayama. But Frater Puck will work with other forms of concentration and limbs of Raja yoga.
This several week class held on the 4th Wednesday of the month will be progressive. Which is to say each pranayama class is the base to move into the next breathing exercises. People should wear loose and comfortable clothing, and they should bring a bolster to sit on if they have one if not a folded blanket will work.
Some of the other things the class will be learning in the Advanced Techniques will be bandhas, or locks, the focus of the Will, meditation, concentration, and one point focus.
There will be homework to prepare for the next class! Hence the reason the class is progressive.
Frater Puck has been an initiate since 2004. He served as an officer for Denver's previous body, Ad Astra, and serves Crux Ansata currently as Deputy Body Master, and formerly held the position of treasurer.
